This is my digital garden. It's a place for personal knowledge that sits somewhere between messy personal notes and more polished blog posts.
The main goal of a digital garden is to collect, grow and evolve ideas over time. So it can have unfinished and imperfect work.
Why I garden
I like the idea of a digital garden because it represents continuous learning and embraces imperfection.
I enjoy learning about software engineering and computer science. But I’m also curious to try out the more chaotic nature of a digital garden, as posting regularly doesn’t really work for me: I end up with a lot of drafts and don’t publish much, because I feel like it’s not good enough.
How I garden
Each post has a maturity stage:
Seedling is (very) rough and early stage.
Sapling is starting to take shape, but is not complete yet.
Evergreen is reasonably complete.
The planted and (when applicable) last tended dates show how long a post has been growing.
